Privacy Policy

Last updated: July 19, 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how iQreply LLC ("iQreply", "we", "us" or "our"), a limited liability company organized in the State of Florida, United States, collects, uses, shares, retains and deletes information when you use our website and services (the "Service"). iQreply helps businesses and creators manage and reply to comments and direct messages on Facebook and Instagram, using artificial intelligence, either automatically or with a person in the loop.

By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to the practices described in this policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

1. Who we are

The data controller responsible for your information is iQreply LLC, 9805 NW 52nd St, Doral, FL 33178, United States. For any privacy question or request, contact us at team@iqreply.ai.

Two different roles apply, depending on whose data it is. For your own account and your use of the Service, we are the controller. For the comments, messages and profile information of the people who interact with the Facebook Page or Instagram account you connect, you are the controller and iQreply acts as a processor: we handle that data on your behalf and under your instructions, only to provide the features you enabled.

2. Information we collect

We collect the following categories of information:

a) Information you provide to us:

  • Account information: your name, email address, and password (passwords are stored only in hashed form by our authentication provider). If you sign in with Google or Facebook, we receive your name, email and profile picture from that provider.
  • Business profile: the business name, type, brand voice, custom instructions, FAQs, example replies, and other settings you configure so the AI can respond on your behalf.
  • Payment information: when you subscribe, your payment card and billing details are collected and processed directly by our payment processor (Stripe). We do not store full card numbers on our servers.
  • Communications: messages you send us for support or other inquiries.

b) Information from connected platforms (Facebook and Instagram):

When you connect a Facebook Page or Instagram account, you authorize us, through Meta’s official APIs, to access and process:

  • Comments and direct messages on your posts, ads and account, including their text, author username and public identifiers.
  • The name and profile picture of people who comment on your posts or write to your accounts, where Meta makes them available to you as the owner of the connected asset. They are displayed inside your inbox so you know who you are replying to, and are never used for advertising, profiling or any purpose beyond showing you the conversation.
  • Post and media metadata (for example post captions, media type, and whether a post is organic or an ad).
  • Page and account information such as name, ID and profile picture.
  • Access tokens issued by Meta, which we store in encrypted form and use only to operate the features you enabled.

c) Information collected automatically:

  • Usage and log data such as pages viewed, actions taken, approximate date and time, and technical information like browser type and IP address, used for security and to operate the Service.
  • Cookies strictly necessary to keep you signed in and to remember your language preference. We do not use advertising cookies.

3. How we use your information

We use the information above to:

  • Provide the Service: display your comments and messages in one inbox, classify them, and generate or send replies and direct messages according to your settings.
  • Personalize AI responses using the brand profile and knowledge you configure.
  • Process payments, manage subscriptions and prevent billing fraud.
  • Detect and handle spam and coordinated bot or abuse activity that you ask us to moderate.
  • Communicate with you about your account, security, and product updates.
  • Maintain the security, integrity and reliability of the Service and comply with our legal obligations.

4. Artificial intelligence processing

To classify comments and generate reply suggestions and direct messages, the text of the relevant comment or message, together with your brand profile, is sent to our AI provider, Anthropic, through its API. This processing is performed to provide the Service you requested.

Under our agreement with Anthropic, your content submitted through the API is not used to train its models, and it is retained by Anthropic only for a limited period for operational and safety purposes before deletion. The AI generates suggestions; you remain in control of what is published unless you explicitly enable automation.

5. Facebook and Instagram (Meta) data

iQreply’s use and transfer of information received from Meta APIs adheres to the Meta Platform Terms and Developer Policies, including any limited use requirements.

We access Meta data only after you explicitly connect an account and grant the requested permissions. We use that data solely to provide the features you enabled (reading and replying to comments and messages, classifying intent, and, where you turn it on, sending automated replies or direct messages).

We do not sell your Meta data, and we do not use it for advertising or to build profiles for purposes unrelated to the Service. You can disconnect a connected account at any time in Settings, which stops further access; you can also remove iQreply from your Facebook or Instagram account settings.

As the owner of the connected account, you are responsible for having a legal basis to process the data of the people who interact with it, and for informing them as the privacy laws that apply to you require. iQreply processes that data only to provide the features you enabled, and deletes it when you disconnect the account or delete your iQreply account.

6. How we share your information

We do not sell your personal information. We share information only with the following categories of recipients, and only as needed to run the Service:

  • Service providers (sub-processors) who process data on our behalf under contract: Supabase (authentication and database hosting), Anthropic (AI processing of comment and message text), Stripe (payment processing), Meta Platforms (the source of the Facebook and Instagram data you connect), Resend (transactional email delivery), and our hosting and infrastructure providers.
  • Legal and safety: to comply with applicable law, legal process or lawful government requests, and to protect the rights, property and safety of iQreply, our users and the public.
  • Business transfers: in connection with a merger, acquisition, financing or sale of assets, in which case we will require the recipient to honor this policy.

7. Data retention

We retain your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service, and thereafter only as required for legitimate business or legal purposes (for example accounting and dispute resolution). Comments and messages are kept as history so your inbox and analytics remain useful, and are deleted or anonymized when no longer needed or upon your request.

8. Data deletion and your rights

You can request access to, correction of, a copy of, or deletion of your personal information at any time. To delete your account and associated data, you can:

  • Use the in-app control at Settings → Account → Delete account, which removes your account and its associated data; or
  • Email us at team@iqreply.ai with the subject "Data Deletion" from the email address associated with your account.

When you delete your account, we delete the personal data we hold about you, including comments, messages, contacts and connected-account tokens, except where we must retain limited records to meet legal obligations. Disconnecting a Facebook Page or Instagram account in Settings → Channels stops all further access to that platform’s data.

Depending on where you live, you may also have rights to object to or restrict certain processing, to withdraw consent, and to lodge a complaint with a data protection authority.

9. Data security

We use technical and organizational measures designed to protect your information, including encryption in transit, encryption of stored access tokens, access controls, and hosting with reputable providers. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security. If a data breach affects your information, we will notify you and the relevant authorities as required by law.

10. International data transfers

We are based in the United States and our providers may process data in the United States and other countries. Where information is transferred across borders, we rely on appropriate safeguards, such as standard contractual clauses where required, to protect it.

11. Children’s privacy

The Service is intended for businesses and creators and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under the age of 18. If you believe a minor has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.

12. Cookies

We use only strictly necessary cookies: a session cookie to keep you signed in, and a preference cookie to remember your chosen language. We do not use third-party advertising or cross-site tracking cookies. You can control cookies through your browser settings, but disabling essential cookies may prevent you from signing in.

13. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the date at the top and, where appropriate, notify you through the Service or by email. Your continued use of the Service after an update means you accept the revised policy.

14. Governing law

This Privacy Policy is governed by the laws of the State of Florida and the United States, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles.
