What happens when I reach my volume?
Generation pauses and nothing is charged on top. Comments keep arriving and you can still answer them by hand. We would rather stop than send you a bill you did not agree to.
Can I change plan later?
At any time, up or down, and the difference is prorated automatically. The volume slider works the same way inside your account.
Do I need a card to start?
Not to start. You get seven days to try it, and a card is only needed to carry on afterwards.
What counts against my volume?
Every comment that comes in and gets read. Direct messages do not count, and neither do contacts, which are unlimited on every plan.
Can I cancel whenever I want?
Yes, from your account, in two clicks. You keep access until the end of the period you already paid for.
